Refund policy

RETURNS

Items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All pieces must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and undamaged. Return shipping is covered by us as long as return instructions are followed carefully.

To request a return, please email info@heaveninfernum.com or use our contact form. Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions. All returns must be shipped using the carrier we specify.

Unauthorized returns or items sent without approval will not be accepted.
